Terms of Service — Coconut Charcoal Export

These terms of service govern your use of coconutcharcoalexport.com. We act as a brokerage desk connecting buyers with vetted, licensed Indonesian producers, and Indonesian law governs these terms.

Effective date: 18 July 2026. By continuing to use this website after any revision, you accept the revised terms.

Who Operates This Website?

Coconut Charcoal Export is a sourcing and brokerage desk for Indonesian coconut charcoal briquettes, part of Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group founded in 2015. Buyer enquiries submitted through the website form are handled by the group’s concierge team via Coconut Charcoal Export.

We are a broker and supplier-verification desk. We do not own or operate charcoal factories, and we do not claim to. Every product offered through this site is supplied by vetted third-party licensed Indonesian producers, in a market where Indonesia is the dominant global origin for coconut-shell charcoal. We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, or customs adviser, and nothing on this website constitutes professional advice of that kind.

Are Published Specifications and Prices Binding?

No. Every specification, grading band, burn-time figure, and price on this website is market information, published to help buyers scope an order. All figures are stated as of 2026 and are subject to change without notice as shell supply, freight, and demand move. A price shown on this website is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Grade Ash content Indicative FOB price (as of 2026)
Premium shisha grade ≤2.5% USD 1,250–1,500 per metric ton
Standard shisha grade 2.5–3.0% USD 1,000–1,250 per metric ton
BBQ coconut-hardwood blends Varies by blend USD 700–1,000 per metric ton
Private-label packaging Adds up to USD 250 per metric ton

The only document that binds either party is a written quotation issued to you, stating grade, laboratory specifications, price, Incoterm, quantity, validity period, and payment terms. If a figure in a quotation differs from a figure on this website, the quotation prevails. The site-wide minimum order is one 20ft container, roughly 17.5–18 metric tons.

What Exactly Is Our Role in Your Transaction?

We act as an intermediary. Our work is to match your specification to a vetted licensed producer, coordinate sampling and pre-shipment inspection, arrange the Certificate of Analysis issued per export lot by Indonesian-accredited laboratories, and manage the export document pack under HS code 4402.90 — Certificate of Origin, PEB export declaration, commercial invoice, packing list, fumigation certificate, phytosanitary certificate where required, and the Self-Heating Test report that carriers and insurers ask for.

Unless a written quotation states otherwise, the supply contract for the goods is between you and the producer or exporter of record. We do not guarantee outcomes: not resale performance, not future market prices, not vessel schedules, not customs clearance times, and not duty treatment at your destination.

How Do Quotations and Orders Work?

  1. You submit an enquiry through the website form with grade, volume, and destination port.
  2. We respond within 24 business hours with availability and a written quotation.
  3. Samples and buyer inspection — including loading-port visits via Benoa for Bali-based inspection — can be arranged before you commit.
  4. On confirmation, the producer issues the Certificate of Analysis for your lot; check the test dates and laboratory stamps before payment.
  5. Payment terms, packaging standard ( export packaging that meets buyer and destination requirementsgoverns coconut charcoal export packaging), and shipping schedule follow the quotation, not this website.

Every step above starts from, and returns to, the enquiry form. We do not negotiate or confirm orders through any channel that bypasses it, and any message claiming to represent this website through another route should be treated as unverified.

What Are Your Responsibilities as a Buyer?

  • Provide accurate company, import-licence, and destination details in your enquiry.
  • Verify import regulations and duty treatment at your own destination; requirements differ across Gulf, EU, and US gateways.
  • Review the quotation and Certificate of Analysis before releasing payment.
  • Comply with sanctions, export-control, and anti-money-laundering rules applicable to you.
  • Do not scrape, republish, or resell the content of this website without written permission.

One regulatory note buyers often ask about: coconut is not among the seven commodities covered by the EU Deforestation Regulation (cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya, wood), so coconut-shell charcoal enters the EU without EUDR due-diligence obligations as of 2026. That is a statement of current regulation, not legal advice; confirming your own compliance position remains your responsibility.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

We process personal data submitted through our enquiry form under Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Under that law you have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to its processing.

For visitors contacting us from the EU or EEA, we apply GDPR-aware handling: we collect only what a quotation requires, use it solely to answer your enquiry and prepare that quotation, retain it no longer than needed, and never sell it. We share your details with a producer only when arranging your order requires it. Requests concerning your data go through the same enquiry form as everything else; mark the message as a data request and it will be routed accordingly. Our privacy policy page carries the full detail.

What Liability Do We Accept — and What Do We Exclude?

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, this website is provided “as is”, and we exclude liability for:

  • indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity;
  • delays or losses caused by carriers, ports, customs authorities, or force majeure;
  • producer performance beyond what a written quotation commits to;
  • your reliance on any indicative figure published on this website rather than on a written quotation.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any transaction is capped at the fees you actually paid to us for that transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that mandatory Indonesian law does not allow to be excluded. We claim no legal certifications beyond those stated on this website, and laboratory results quoted here belong to the accredited laboratories that issued them.

Which Law Governs These Terms, and How Are Disputes Resolved?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, both parties will first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for thirty days; failing that, the courts of Denpasar, Bali have jurisdiction. A written quotation or supply contract may specify its own dispute clause, which prevails for that transaction.

How Can You Contact Us About These Terms?

Through the enquiry form on this website — it is the only channel we operate, for questions about these terms, your personal data, an order, or a quotation alike. State the subject clearly in your message and the concierge team will direct it to the right desk. Quotation requests receive a reply within 24 business hours; questions about terms or data follow the same route and the same service standard.

We deliberately publish no direct phone number, messaging handle, or email address on this website. A single documented intake keeps every request logged, keeps response times accountable, and protects buyers from impostors quoting prices in our name. If you received an unsolicited offer claiming to come from Coconut Charcoal Export outside this website, do not transact on it — submit the details through the form and we will confirm or deny it in writing.
